A very warm welcome to Holy Trinity Church Hurstpierpoint. We are a friendly and lively community of Christians seeking to proclaim the good news of Jesus in our vibrant, growing Sussex village. We aim to be a church for every age, a place where everyone can meet with God and know God’s blessing. Holy Trinity is a Church of England parish.
Every Sunday - Our main service is a Sung Eucharist (Holy Communion) at 9.45 am, with Kids@HT children’s group, a crèche room, and refreshments afterwards. Earlier there is a said service of Holy Communion at 8am. You are most welcome to join us at either service, whether you live locally or are visiting the area.
Weekdays - Monthly Holy Communion service followed by simple lunch: Wednesday 28th September, 12 noon. Morning Prayer: every Tuesday, 9am. All welcome.
Weddings, Thanksgivings and Baptisms - We are delighted to welcome you at these very special family times. Please read our weddings or baptisms and thanksgivings leaflets, and then call our Parish Administrator (01273 835109, 9.30am-12.30, Tues & Thurs) or Priest-in-Charge, Revd. Jane Willis (01273 832203) for an initial conversation.
We host many and varied community events in our beautiful church. Groups also meet in various places and times for study, prayer, fellowship and fun.
Next events in the Church – 17th September to 1st October: Please see the Hurst Festival website for details and booking for the varied festival events taking place in the Church (and in many other venues acround the village), culminating on Saturday 1st October, 8pm, in Festival Praise with the world-famous All Souls Orchestra and Choir.
House Groups and Prayer Groups meet weekly or monthly. We have a flourishing Choir and Bell Ringers. Our parish magazine is published monthly.
